STRENGTH: Sure, we could build our intake out of plastic like everyone else, but aluminum is stronger. For example, aluminum won’t crack like plastic. Plus, unlike plastic, aluminum holds up to the wide temperature extremes common in every engine compartment.
PERFORMANCE: All the bends in our aluminum tubes are CNC mandrel bent and engineered for maximum air flow. Plus, our cold air intakes go all the way from the filter to the turbo, feeding your engine the cold air it needs. As everyone knows, better airflow means better performance.
DURABILITY: Rubber couplers may meet industry standards, but they don’t meet ours. We use superior silicone couplers because they are best at providing years of reliable performance while resisting your engine’s temperature extremes.
IT: Your components are only as good as their fitment. ZZ Diesel cold air intakes are designed, engineered and fabricated in-house. That means we control the manufacturing process from concept to prototype to testing to production. The result is the lowest tolerances for fitment variability combined with the highest levels of quality control.

Our air intakes install in just a few hours, with common tools and minimal experience. Plus, each kit comes with full color instructions and all the necessary couplers and clamps you need to get the job done fast.
Note: A tuner is required that will disable the “Aftermarket Part Installed” Check Engine Light.

Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
