The BD-Power 1041484 Exhaust Manifold & Up-Pipes Set will replace the leaking manifolds or up-pipes in your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. The Factory up-pipes are susceptible to failure due to heat cycling and age. This can cause leaks in exhaust, slower turbo spool, extra exhaust noise, and soot buildup in the engine bay. With BD’s stronger and better flowing Exhaust Manifold & Up-Pipe Kit, you can avoid these problems and streamline exhaust flow from the head to your turbo intake. The 304 stainless steel mandrel bent up-pipes with internally insulated expansion bellows are engineered to reduce turbo restriction, improve exhaust velocity and turbo response. The Up-Pipes are a long-lasting, long-lasting alternative for typical Power Stoke issues, as well as the ideal complement to a turbo, manifolds, or other engine repairs. To resist cracking from high exhaust temperatures, the manifolds are made of heavy-duty 0.25″ thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting. To enhance exhaust flow, computational fluid dynamics were employed to optimize port geometry. These exhaust manifolds provide reliability, performance, and peace of mind!
